1. Smexygozillas has the right to change the Terms & Conditions as and when they like.


2. All buyers must have a mobile phone for our convenience of communication.


3. We strictly do not accept any swaps or trades.


4. If you do not have money to pay us, don’t buy from us.

5. Please note that is a waiting time for all products with cappings. If you don’t want to wait, don’t order.

6. No backing out once the order is confirmed.

7. Please confirm the time and meet up venue 1 day before the meet up .

8. Please inform us 2 hours in advance if you cannot meet up with us on time.

9. We will allow you to check the item before paying.

10. We will not be responsible if there is anything wrong with your item(s) the minute it leaves our hands.

11. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable after receiving it.

12. Please do not be late for meetups as we charge $0.50 for every 5 minutes you are late and will leave if your are late by 20 minutes.

13. If buyer does not turn up for the meeting for payment or collection, a penalty fee of $2 will be charged.


14. Please add $1 more if you cannot wait for the cappings.
